Bonnie, creator of the groundbreaking concept AgeEsteem®, is an internationally respected speaker who inspires and challenges people of all ages to embrace a positive attitude toward aging. She has been a guest on dozens of radio shows aired across the United States, from New York to Denver and Minneapolis to Nashville.
AgeEsteem is a natural offspring of Bonnie's own life story and her breadth of professional experience in business, education and health care. For the past 20 years, she has specialized in motivation and its power to influence positive change in people and organizations.
As a founding partner of Blewfield Associates, Bonnie uses motivation as a catalyst of change in individuals and companies. Her previous positions included teaching management and human resources development classes at Webster University in Geneva, and orchestrating the installation of a pediatric congenital heart disease institute within a medical clinic.
Bonnie has held leadership roles in local government, civic groups and the international community. For example, she has served as a municipal councilwoman and president of a 1,400-member civic club. In addition, she has been a member of the boards of directors of a variety of organizations, from a knowledge management firm to a micro credit loan fund. Currently she serves on the board of Legacy® and is a leader in the World YWCA.
Bonnie has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Special Education from Michigan State University, U.S.A., and a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Development from Webster University, Geneva, Switzerland.
