For the past 20 years, she has specialized in motivation and its power to influence positive change in people and organizations. As a founding partner of Blewfield Associates, Bonnie uses motivation as a catalyst of change in individuals and companies. Her previous positions included teaching management and human resources development classes at Webster University in Geneva, and orchestrating the installation of a pediatric congenital heart disease institute within a medical clinic. Bonnie has held leadership roles in local government, civic groups and the international community. For example, she has served as a municipal councilwoman and president of a 1,400-member civic club. In addition, she has been a member of the boards of directors of a variety of organizations, from a knowledge management firm to a micro credit loan fund. Currently she serves on the board of Legacy^® and is a leader in the World YWCA. Bonnie has a Bachelor of Arts degree in Special Education from Michigan State University, U.S.A., and a Master of Arts degree in Human Resources Development from Webster University, Geneva, Switzerland.
